The Influence of Customer Feedback in 2013

In 2013, we traveled more than 50,000 miles to meet with customers, surveyed hundreds of thousands of users, read thousands of feedback emails, interviewed more than 200 people, and conducted dozens of usability tests—all to make a better MailChimp. 

The lessons we learned led to some major improvements and lots of refinements, such as: We tackled a lot in 2013, but we've got even more in store this year. Thanks in advance for your time and feedback.
